Not really, assuming you are referring to a fixed object. I could drop a coin from my pocket or spit, but that would be “something” — so No, if there were no reference (Time, Place or Object) there would be no way to prove it.

Is there only one way to make hash browns from potatoes?

Hey Dude,

In addition to the fine things that have been mentioned. Follow the Germans — after rinsing AND patting dry, add a beaten egg and make a potato pancake. Cooks the same way, but the egg will help in an even browning. Serve with apple sauce or sour cream (really good if you have added green onion) or serve with Hot Sauce!

Hey Naomi,

I’ve got a simpler method. I’ve done it for years.

Substitute Honey for your sugar/molasses. You will have to reduce the amount of water/oil just a bit, but you won’t find that the cookies taste all that different. The cookies brown a little less though.
