You went to a site either mentioned in someones e-mail or someplace here that referenced a site.

Problem is that the site disabled your spam guard. Try deleteing and then re-installing, or if that is too much trouble, try going to your virus scan and see what spam settings are on it that you can use.

To edit or delete a filter, click the “Mail Options” link on the top-right navigation bar, and then choose “Filters” located under the Spam column on the left side of the page.

Once you reach the Filters page, select the filter you would like to edit and click the “Save Changes” button. After making the desired changes be sure to click “Edit Filter” for your changes to start taking effect.

To delete one of your filters, select the filter you would like to delete and click the “Delete” button.

What can I do if I reach my limit, and I can’t delete my base name?

You have two opportunities to delete your base name. If you already deleted your base name once, please make sure the new base name you choose meets your needs, as this will be your final base name.

If you have already reached the limit, you can’t delete your base name.

If you intended to delete your base name because it is difficult to remember, we suggest that you use our AddressGuard kiosk. This will make it easy to recall your AddressGuard disposable addresses from any browser window.

If you intended to delete your base name because your disposable addresses receive too much spam, you can identify the addresses that receive the spam and delete these addresses individually.

To easily find out which disposable address receives spam, you can chose to display the message recipient in all folders. This feature allows you to display the email address the message was sent to. This is a convenient way to differentiate between messages sent to your disposable addresses from messages sent to your Yahoo! Mail primary address.

To set up this folder view:

1. Click on “Mail Options.”

2. Click on “AddressGuard.”

3. Click the “Show Column” link.

4. Now go to your inbox or bulk mail folder to view the additional field.

To delete a disposable email address:

1. Click on “Mail Options.”

2. Click on “AddressGuard.”

3. Select the disposable email address you want to delete.

4. Click the “Delete” button.

5. Confirm the deletion.
